I first tried Maui Waui sometime in the 199os. I smoked a small bowl with my best bud at the time which was probably three hits each. We smoked in the car sitting in front of a video store so if you know what that is I'm dating myself. It hit me almost immediately. I was so flipping baked it was unbelievable. I don't think I've ever been that high on any type of flower other than a couple years ago when I smoked Kush Cake. I went in to pick a movie while my buddy stayed in the car for some reason. If I remember correctly thinking about it I think he said he was way too stoned to get out of the car and go in the video store. So I went in myself. I was so stoned that when I walked into the video store to choose a VHS tape to watch lol again dating myself, I had tunnel vision and was not even sure where I was. I knew I was in a video store staring at a wall full of videotapes but the dizziness euphoria, just goofy happy feeling, and swirling tunnel vision made me not sure that I was really standing there looking at video tapes. It was the weirdest experience I've ever had not to mention one of if not thee best. It tasted great; was extremely lung expanding that caused an - if it ain't a good choke then it ain't a good smoke - cough; lasted a long time (2+ hours which in the 90's was about 3 to 4 times longer than I was used to); and just gave me the most incredible high I've ever experienced. To this day it is still one of my two best experiences with cannabis flower. If you can find real Maui Waui then you need to get your hands on it. Mind you, it is not for beginners. If you are not used to getting high especially on sativas then you want to stay away from this stuff. Or maybe put a bit in with some indica. Otherwise you're going to be out of your mind stoned. Mind you that's not a bad thing but if you aren't used to it you're going to flip out! Stay up and have a great holiday everyone.

I was skeptical about this strain because of the name. I thought, yeah right...LSD. So I only bought a one gram infused pre-roll. It was infused with lsd sand and was about 42% THC if memory serves. I don't like to smoke an entire 1g myself and I don't like to keep putting it out and re-lighting it because after 2 or 3 times the pre-roll (of any strain) tastes like shit. I cut the filter off and put some in a proto pipe,probably about 3/4 full. Boy was I wrong! This is without a doubt the trippiest strain I've ever smoked and I've been smoking for 39 years. After my first hit I was already high...really high. I took a total of 4 hits and was stoned to the bone. This strain has the perfect name. The effects are similar to lsd but obviously not as strong. Still, it makes everything brighter and more 'glowing' for lack of a better word. Corners of walls seem more defined and fuzzy at the same time. My 77 year old mother lives with me and I went downstairs to watch TV with her. I honestly (on the soul of my father who died when I was 15) started wondering and became unable to tell if I was awake or dreaming.I felt like I was hallucinating. For the first 15 minutes I was seriously unsure whether she was really there or not. While she was talking to me I wasn't quite sure I was answering her questions or responding correctly to what she was saying and was waiting for her to ask me if I was OK because I was talking crazy. Fortunately that didn't happen. After about 25 minutes she got up to go grocery shopping and left the house. It wasn't until then that I was able to realize that I WAS awake. It was completely insane and the most stoned I've ever been. I continued to watch The Big Bang Theory and I felt like I was part of the show. All of the actors seemed completely like they were acting and their acting seemed terrible. I've seen every episode many times but never before did it seem like a bad play. Everything seemed forced and weird. The high lasted about three hours. This is now one of my top 5 strains and definitely the most borderline (borderline?) psychedelic weed I've ever smoked. It is definitely not for newbies and I think that maybe even some veteran smokers might find it too much depending on what type of high they like. It's almost like some new club drug and nothing like any strain I've ever smoked. It would be perfect for a morning trip (no pun intended) to a large park to sit under a tree and watch nature and people. Guys and dolls, this weed is insane. Unfortunately I have not been able to find it since in any dispensary near me in Illinois. If you see this strain, especially infused or in concentrate or vape jump all over it. You will either be pleasantly or horribly surprised. If you've ever done lsd or shrooms and enjoyed it then you will love this stuff. If you have never tripped then take one hit and wait 10-15 minutes before taking another hit. Seriously trippy smoke. I still can't believe how stoned I was!

Had the cured sugar twice at 96.5% and the live resin sugar once at 92.1% and twice at 96.5% Look: Golden sugar with a little bit of soft, semi-fluffy sugar and mostly hard nugs of sugar that are best broken up using a pin as opposed to a 'tool' which can cause the nugs to become compressed and leave a white line of unusable concentrate stuck to the bottom of the glass container. Smell: strong and complex but nothing I can describe except for the last scent you get which is cat piss - I know, thanks right? Sorry. Taste: fruity, flowery, and peppery with an ending hint of sweetness. Effects: strong high that despite Ingrown Farm stating that trideri is a pure indica made-up of Triangle Kush and Northern Lights it first hits like a sativa with no paranoia or anxiety. Your mind will speed up a bit and you'll feel like focusing on something you were doing before you dabbed. After 45 minutes to an hour you'll remember that you smoked a strong indica and decide that it's time to get to sleep. I pass out in 20 minutes and wake up 6-8 hours later in the same exact position I fell asleep in. I also find it hard to wake up but when I do I feel great. 2 dabs from a boundless terp pen and I'm good. When I first tried it I had 4 or 5 dabs which those of you with a terp pen know that that turns into 10 hits once you smoke the pen clean. That is too much. I felt nauseated and had to eat and lay down for a bit. If I don't use too much and I walk around for a while I get what I call the magnetic north effect. It causes me to drift a certain direction, usually north. I'll bump into walls or my walk will drift north and I have to work to keep true. A great medical product that can but shouldn't be used just to get high. Stay lifted. S.

I am not sure what everyone is talking about with this bubba Fett. Everyone is claiming that it's the bomb and the description says that it's lime green with beautiful orange stripes. I bought this twice. Both times were eighths from rhythm. The second time I bought Bubba fett it was by mistake. I forgot that I had tried it already. When I opened the jar I knew I had just bought the one strain I most wanted to avoid. Lime green with orange stripes my sweet patootie. This stuff is black. It's so dark purple that it dries black. I think it tastes like bunk and every time I smoke it I get a headache. I have to mix it with a more pleasant strain to even be able to smoke it. But not an even 50/50, oh no. More like a 1/5 ratio w with Bubba Fett being the 1 in the 1/5 ratio. This stuff burns really hot, hurts your throat, & tastes like dirt. The only reason that I gave it 2 stars is because it smells nice pre & post breakup. The smell from the burnt buds is strong and will stick around for a while so avoid any attempts at stealth. You will fail - period. But at least it smells great post burn. I think the Bubba Fett I bought twice is either exclusively a Rhythm thing or despite the astronomical odds, I got a different strain altogether and they both were exactly the same. The odds are probably incalculable and could not happen in this universe. Any one else getting black buds in their jars or baggies? S. L. S.

When I saw this strain I noticed that it claims to have a strong Heritage of Northern Lights Number Five. It also claims to have Northern Lights and and Chem Haze or something. It was the NL#5 that got my attention because I was lucky enough to get my hands on the real Northern Lights #5 in the 90's before (and I can say this because I'm one also) a bunch of stupid potheads bred the Northern Lights #5 right out of Northern Lights #5. I only bought a gram on sale for $16. Well put me in a dress and call me Carol, this stuff is awesome. It is very very very close to the original Northern Lights number 5. I think most of the reviews people are writing are just average. My strong belief is that this is because none of them have ever tried the real Northern Lights Number Five. Plus nowadays when you can get strains in the 30+ range people are forgetting that while a thirty something thc strain will kick your ass, that is not all that pot is about. This stuff is very very good in the way that probably started we old-timers falling in love with pot. I was amazed with this. You get that cool fuzzy Edge on everything that made Northern Lights take on the name Northern Lights. It is also the happiest most content, beautiful feeling you can experience. I won't say it's completely as good as the real Northern Lights Number 5 but it's so close that I was smiling for two and a half hours before settling into an awesome sleep. I wish I could have bought a pound of this stuff. I haven't felt that buzz since 1995 and as soon as I finished my small bowl of 4-5 hits it all came back and made me so happy you wouldn't understand unless you've walked with NL#5. Do yourself a favor and try this strain. You will not be sorry - just expect pure Bliss but do not expect to be glued to the floor. I have to say that Northern Lights Number 5 is number one on my all-time favorites list. And this Aurora Chem Haze comes in somewhere in the my top 5. Stay lifted. S.
