Customer service is exceptional! I always feel like a friend rather than just a customer. Highly knowledgeable on the products. I order on line and my order is always ready to go when I arrive. I've been to the other dispensaries in Ironwood and this is the best!

Atmosphere, the lobby needs more chairs. Service, terrible. I placed an online order specifically for the Monster gummies. I was told that I received a $10 discount as a first time customer and it was munchie Monday where I also received 15% off. When I asked for these discounts, Marisa was confused trying to get the computer to put the discounts on my order. I told her to do the best she could. The next thing I knew, she was switching out the things I ordered for other products that were on special. I appreciate her willingness to get me a great price, but there was a reason I ordered what I did. Those were the gummies I wanted. When I questioned why she was taking the things I wanted away, she said, "Well, I can change it back for you", a tad frustrated with having to re-ring everything. Even further, she chose flavors of the "better deals" that I didn't like. Didn't even ask me what I would like. By the time it was all tallied up, I just wanted to get out of there and took what she gave me. Ridiculous. Last, the order was not ready when I arrived even though I had been notified that it was. What should have been 10 minutes turned into a half hour with all the confusion. Not impressed.
