Customer service is exceptional! I always feel like a friend rather than just a customer. Highly knowledgeable on the products. I order on line and my order is always ready to go when I arrive. I've been to the other dispensaries in Ironwood and this is the best!

I've shopped there multiple times, and there was never a problem.....got what you wanted for a fairly reasonable price...the last time I went there I bought "funhouse flower" which was not marked as smalls.....low and behold I got home and opened it and it was smalls along with almost 2 grams of shake.They won't allow you to open it(obviously),but didn't have any way to tell what was actually inside the packaging, other than by feeling the bag(shady af) I didn't want to start crumbling up their products, so I just thought if it was smalls it would have been plainly marked,or the budtender would have mentioned that. I would hope in the future they would inform the customer that it's smalls......what's deceptive is if you look on their website other brands state clearly its smalls, why don't they say that about Funhouse products?......I'm not sure if I want to do business with this dispensary in the future, and that's a shame. I must mention that the bud tender was a cool person, and I don't believe he mislead me intentionally.....I think it should be every pre packaged flower products should have a clear window so the customers can see what they're paying their money for.....
