The quality of the product use to be better but the prices are fair for what's being offered. Morgan needs to be demoted or let go. I will not be returning due to the way she treated me. That and the girl sent an email on August 22 through Belly (a reward program) that stated: "Come visit Rip City Remedies through Labor Day weekend and get 10% off your entire order for being loyal belly card user. Mention this email and show us your belly card so we can help you end your summer right!" then refused to honor it. She said it was only good for Labor Day. Girl needs to learn to write what she means if she's going to be allowed to make coupons. I pulled it up on my computer and finally got her to honor it after arguing the semantics. I went back on Labor Day to see if she'd honor it then but she must have remembered me and flat out refused to honor it even though she had previously stated she made the coupon for Labor Day. Bad move letting her be in charge. I won't be spending any of my money at your establishment again.

This wonderful little shop has a very engaging owner who will surely make it a success. They have a slick set-up and quality product to go with it. There was a slight snafu with the computer pricing during my visit, which I'm only mentioning so I can also say that the owner fixed it as soon as she was informed. I was impressed by how quickly she responded :)
