Las Vegas ReLeaf - Delivery

Man, was this place a disappointment.  I decided to give them a try instead of my usual place so I went to their website for delivery. There were 5 kinds of pot I was looking for:  One I had before and loved it and four I read about that had great reviews.  They had none of them.  Horrible selection. Then I picked something that said 25% off.  It wasn't giving me the discount in the cart so I called and was told it expired yesterday.  If so, why did their website still say it?  She then called back and said the discount was still good. Placed my order and it said delivery would be between 3 and 6 pm, which was quite awhile later because I ordered fairly early.  About 20 minutes after that a girl called to confirm my order and asked if I picked that time.  When I said no, she said they would have it to me early. When 4 pm rolled around and I heard nothing, I contacted them and they said it was on the way.  So much for coming early.  Also, I could be wrong but I thought it said I'd get text updates on my delivery.  I got none.  Around 4:30, just a door bell ring. The only thing I liked about the place was they had Vert edibles.  Tried them before and loved them.  I ordered two different kinds.  Yet when I looked at the boxes, I was disappointed.  One said Best By 5/13 and the other 5/06.....I got them on 5/21. I contacted them and they said that's not an expiration date, just a Best By date.  Well, silly me, if I'm paying that much, I want to have them when they're still the best.  When I ordered them from the other place, I had a full month before the Best By date. Never ordering from here again.

Puffy Delivery

Man, this place stinks (This is for their Vegas location. Didn't see a page for that. This happened 5 weeks ago. I put the review on Yelp and emailed them a copy. Someone wrote back saying management would contact me. 5 weeks later, nothing...proving they suck even more). The website took forever to load every time I tried to switch pages to figure out what I wanted to order. Got registered and got an email saying my account had been set up. I put 4 items in my basket, had questions so I went to the page to get their contact info. It emptied my basket. It also un-logged me from their website and when I tried to get back on, said my info wasn't valid. Called them up and the guy was nice but it took him a long time to get answers for me. Took awhile but got my order placed on the phone and was told I'd have it by 8 pm. Got a call about 15 minutes after that saying one of the items I wanted was out of stock so I picked a replacement. About 8:20 my order didn't show up so I emailed them asking where it was. Someone replied saying they'd get an answer for me ASAP. Over 20 minutes passed and no reply so I emailed again and got a reply saying, "I'll reach out again." Another 15 minutes passed and no reply so I called them. She said he never sent a message to the driver the first time asking about my order. What a joke. She then tried reaching out herself and said she couldn't get a straight answer from them. Finally said I might have it around 10 pm.....two hours late. She called me back about 10 minutes later saying they'd give me 20% my next order and I said, "Well, after I signed up I got an email saying I already got 20% off my next order so that really means nothing." Asked it I could combine them and get 40% off and she said no. Asked for some free product with this order and was told no. So, basically, screw you for it being 2 hours late and beyond awful communication the entire time where I had to keep contacting them instead of them reaching out to me when it was so late. Got a call at 10 pm from the driver saying I'd have it in about 35 minutes. So, over 2 and a half hours late.....and I had to reach out to them three times to try to figure out what was going on...after all the problems with their website. The delivery guy was super nice. What made this all worse is I'm in a wheelchair and was in a ton of pain (more than usual)....and it was my birthday. If I knew they were this bad, I'd have picked a different delivery company. This place is beyond awful
