Terrible customer service! I've not been impressed with them from day 1, and don't plan on renewing my license with my GP when the time comes (not just due to the terrible customer service, but also due to the fact that I find Tilray's cannabis to be very low quality and not helpful for my circumstances.) My first issue with them began with my initial purchase, which was of a cannabis strain and the DaVinci vaporizer. They included the cannabis in my order, but the vaporizer, which was close to $200, was no where to be found. This resulted in my contacting them via telephone and being passed off to several different people, then finally to a supervisor who was less than friendly. I asked him if I was not going to be receiving the vaporizer if they would refund me, something they seemed unwilling to do. After a week they found the vaporizer - apparently it got "lost" in their office - and they shipped it off to me. The second issue came when I requested a new membership card as I'd legally changed my name. They told me that in order to receive a new card with my new name printed, I would have to make a cannabis purchase from them. This was clearly just their attempt at trying to make more money. As I was not yet in need of any new cannabis, I advised them of such and still requested that they send me the new card with my new name on it. After arguing with them via e-mail and phone for several days, they advised me that they sent me a new card. 2 weeks passed and I never received the card. I eventually did have to purchase more cannabis from them, and when I did, guess what else showed up in the mail along with the cannabis? MY MEMBERSHIP CARD! So they lied to me when they said they'd shipped the card off, and were obviously just waiting until I HAD to make a cannabis purchase. Which brings me to my latest issue... One week ago I e-mailed Tilray's customer service with a very general question that anyone could have answered. They have not responded. Needless to say, I am not happy with Tilray, do not trust their word, and I most certainly will not be a returning customer now or anytime in the future. I will take my business and money elsewhere.

Disappointed that Tilray no longer carries this strain as it was the only strain that helped my chronic pain.
