Is this place for real? Gram price all the way up with no bulk discount? Might as well go back to the 90s and buy it off the street at that point! Yikes
Overall still love this place, been coming here for years. Budtenders are passionate and patient. Only complaint is how inconsistently they ring up discounts and flower. A POS with itemized readout during checkout would relieve so much stress.
Quite often discounts aren't applied properly and I'm overcharged, other times I get undercharged. They're cool about fixing it but it happens way too often and sometimes I don't notice til I get home. What should be a quick stop turns into an awkwardly long wait. The worst part is if you buy flower and they weigh it out heavy, they sometimes charge you extra and don't mention it til you need to pay. So suddenly that $40 eighth is now $41.83 and they act like that's the price it always has been. I've even had them try to charge me for .05 over. It's ridiculous, if I ask for an eighth, I wanna pay the eighth price. Either weigh it out exact or adjust your POS system to allow for a margin of error. I doubt the scales are accurate enough to warrant charging people for hundredths of a gram anyways.
I used to like this place a lot for the selection and budtenders. Sadly, the service has become completely inconsistent.
Last time I came in, I forgot my mask. I offered to buy one and the front door guy said he would normally just give me one but they were out of stock. That sounded reasonable so I came back 10 minutes later with a mask and guess what? There was a whole stack just sitting on the shelf when I got inside. If you're gonna lie to me, I'd rather shop elsewhere.
Even on a normal day the budtenders are often unhelpful and sometimes rude. I'm done trying to support them.
Went in for the first time, I was the only customer and they were overstaffed. The door guy bent my ID so hard he almost creased it, which wouldve rendered it useless. I was overwhelmed by multiple employees asking me the same question repeatedly, they need to streamline interactions. When I wanted to look at concentrates they gave me every excuse as to why I could not. After much convincing they let me peer inside a jar while the employee held it. I could understand if they don't want customers handling material, most places are eager to show you though. But really they would hardly let me see anything before buying and that's never okay. Even if you know what you want, seeing the color and consistency for yourself is paramount in making a concentrate purchase. I noticed they've also bumped their prices up on some items. In at least one case, from 33 to 50 dollars! I will not be returning.
