Manager fixed my reward points without me even asking and the fact they even have that type of system to value a customer unlike corporate based dispensaries. Bravo Commonwealth, excellent service and products. 🤙🏽
I came in for 1 gram of concentrate and mistakenly left with a cartridge instead. I called and spoke to a manager who told me to swing back for an even exchange. I received an even better deal; Excellent service and bud-tending, thank you.
It is in a decent location, usually crammed with people due to their limited space. Their flower is usually excellent, but I have tried their flower produced in house and wasn’t at all impressed. I like when they receive flower from Hope, Heal and Health because that quality was top notch. Overall they aren’t bad, but most of the time not worth the hassle.
