Big ups to Juan and Felicia best managers ive dealt with. very friendly, professional. !!! However unfortunately, On 1/26/2026 at the Casa Grande Trulieve location, a manager (previous pet industry manager) she knows who she is. publicly criticized me and my daughter for making product exchanges after I raised legitimate concerns about product quality and labeling. While the staff initially assisted me professionally, the interaction escalated publicly and was unprofessional, causing a scene in front of other customers. I have submitted a formal complaint to ADHS and the Arizona Attorney General for review.

I love the people out front, great attitudes excellent customer service. The people behind the scenes I do not know so I cannot comment however the promos need help. Honestly, this dispensary does not take risks in the marketing department. The promos in my opinion are “lackluster at best”. Variety of edibles is extremely limited. I’m not an avid flower consumer so I cannot contribute however I did LOVE the disposable cart/pen . I would recommend this place and I will continue to shop here however SWC has the potential to be the dominant dispo in AZ. Come on guys , step it up. Get us excited about shopping there. There are many awesome chefs and edibles being created, let’s showcase them. SWC should sponsor an event where all the best kitchens and those hoping to become the best can showcase and share there hard hitting delicious infused delectables.
