I just moved to Oregon from Colorado and came in with the understanding that Portland was a couple years behind Denver's Marijuana Dispensaries. Stash Cannabis Company, however manage to fall completely short of my already low expectations. First thing I noted, the place stinks. I know the skunky aroma of weed is almost ever-present in any establishment dealing in marijuana, however, I have never had such a strong thick stink hit me, almost as if their containers aren't sealed properly. The next thing I noticed was how empty the place was, no other customers and the employees seemed bothered to hop off the couch and assist us. The selection is poor, only the very basic strains available (and is sold in opaque packaging so one cannot see the product they are purchasing.) The final nail in the coffin was the price. They are ridiculously high. When I mentioned the prices, the employees insisted that I would not find better prices. As someone who visits multiple dispensaries a month, I know they are mistaken. I really disliked my visit to Stash Cannabis Company and was happy to get out as quickly as possible. My suggestion to the staff is to act more professionally, interact more with the customers, and learn how to work your registers as it took forever for a small mistake to be corrected when I just wanted to get out of that stinky, empty room.
