Customer service is absolutely outstanding. Buds smell/taste amazing, but strength is maybe 3/4 of what I've found a couple other places. That's not a dealbreaker for me, but that's what I've found. That being said, they *are* my primary caregiver. Must be that customer service. I sure do appreciate people with brains!

Ok - I'm a member here. Here's the deal: The buds look great, but are underwhelming on taste and impact. The staff always, ALWAYS has an attitude as though you are bothering them. I do not shop here anymore and wish I could change my caregiver. Sorry, but I gave you many many chances and now I'm done. Cheers.

Very clean, very professional environment. I have been made to feel comfortable immediately with each visit. The budtenders are real people that have real opinions and real suggestions. Super helpful staff that seems genuinely interested in helping others find relief.
