Overall one of the best dispensaries in New Jersey quality-wise. Menu isn’t so big and one location in the state isn’t so great but I know people willing to travel past other dispensaries just to go to Breakwater so overall , one of the better dispensaries in the state of NJ

Quality product, love the tier style pricing, love the curbside pick up & late night hours. Love their strains.

Love their point system & extensive menu. However, would NEVER EVER purchase any of their own products. Tried some, their “white widow” for example, is a rip off. The bud was wet/damp, not trimmed, with a 3% THCa selling 8ths for 60$ . That is not right. I felt like I was back in 2010 and someone sold me oregano . So disappointing. It’s been over 2 years now & we never went back.

Great quality medicine , not so great wait times & customer service. Their “online ordering” is a joke. You get queued up with the same line as the walk-ins, behind them. So what’s the point of picking curbside if I still have to sit in my car for an hour waiting for my medicine to be brought out?!

Love Zen Leaf & this location!!!! The most consistent dispensary over the years menu-wise.Really nice, polite staff. Always running sales/promotions. And now they added the tablet menus so it’s REALLY easy to browse the menu in-store

Been really pleased with the variety coming from them lately. This one is pretty self explanatory with the name (@) So let's talk terps real quick! In TT the terpenes include myrcene, caryophyllene, and limonene. Once opening the jar you can expect a very sweet, bold & smooth aroma. The taste on the other hand isn't so sweet and bold.
