Need better communication at front desk for new patients. Communication was very low in the front. I was told to wait, saw a large door open like 3 times. THEN the front desk rep welcomed me in. I was looked at like I was supposed to know to walk in when it was my first time!! Once inside, greetings ensued. Very cordial Budtenders, engaging, always offering information, Good guides. Management was welcoming.
Nice Selection of herb available. I came in for 1 specific strain, but many were available with nice sample displays. If im in Baltimore again I'll stop through because parking is a non issue. They have their own little parking lot attached.
