I absolutely love everyone at this location!!! they're all so nice, so relatable, so knowledgeable, and so patient!!! being pregnant, very picky, and looking for specific characteristics of a strain (especially nausea or any pain/discomfort), I love that I can ask questions and make sure I get the exact product I'm looking for without feeling like I'm bothering the employees. especially 2 of my many favorites Bart, and Jonas, (i wish I knew the rest of everyone's names to acknowledge their awesomeness) who always help me find the perfect product and are always so nice and helpful! Gonna miss seeing everyone who works there when I take a few months off before and after birth! you guys are the best!

I usually go to the Barbur location, but occasionally I'll switch it up and go to Burlingame. I usually have a good experience, the lead with the long hair is always so helpful and nice (cant remember his name), but occasionally I have a pretty poor experience coming in. the "good vibes" employee has never made me feel like selection matters. in fact, a couple of days ago, the only acknowledgement I received from her was to check my ID, and then when I was checking out, i bothered her to grab something from the fridge. the store was completely empty, and she just zoned out in front of me while I looked at the concentrate selection and even asked a couple of questions that got ignored. I'm always feeling rushed and like my selection isnt important at this location, especially when they're empty and I'm the only customer there... when, at the Barbur location, slow or slammed, the employees really care to answer your questions and get you the strain you're really looking for. for convenience, sometimes I'll pick Burlingame, but I dont particularly like going there because they employee is usually there when I go in, and frankly just makes me uncomfortable that I cant ask the questions I'd like to, and feel like I'm bothering her to do her job... I much prefer barbur..
