I ordered a stizzy cartridge and received a call stating that strain wasn’t available. I ordered one of the recommended strains and after delivery discover it was not a stizzy. Having ordered a stizzy cartridge I hoped that they sent me something compatible only to open the product and discover it is not compatible. At no point in the conversation did they let me know I was NOT ordering a stizzy. I called them to resolve and the rep tried to push me into BUYING a new battery from them. It is absurd that their resolution is to make the costumer buy more. After I requested to speak with a manager the rep mentioned an exchange which was cancelled as the packaging was not sealed. I received an email stating “Contacted customer. He said he used the cartridge and he exchanged another one that is not compatible with stiizy battery. The customer requested a free battery for the compatible battery. then he requests to cancel. I called driver to let him know about customer cancellation”. At no point in my conversations was there mention of a free battery and never did I claim to use the product as I am unable to. They showed their lack of knowledge and lack consideration.
