Every 3-6 months I receive the wrong item or don't receive one of the items I ordered (I only go back cuz their pricing has appeal). Their policy is if they give you the wrong item... they break WA state law, by not giving you a refund/exchange, for the incorrectly filled order. I paid a premium to buy a cartridge that was advertised as having THCV (rare find and only reason I bought it)... brand was right, strain was right, but 0 THCV. So, it was misrepresented, and they only do exchanges or refunds for defective items. This is not the first time this has happened. I wish I could get the things I paid for and/or that they cared about making things right. FTC would consider this an unfair and deceptive practice too.
