i went thr a few weeks ago & the service was horrible!! poor customer service! i felt rushed to get out of the store . the budtender could move on to the next customer. also they didn't even seem to now the product they were selling anyway. & alot of times your budtendera r just plain rude!! so anyway since that experience i have not been back! cause y'all now thr is so many dispensaries to choose from here in the phoenix area!

so nirvana center all of them rounds up your change cause they can ! i didn’t relize it till today went to pick up a thai gar. & when i got home i then realized it on my receipt. i then called & they said thats what we do we round up & the manager didn’t really have a good or legitimate reason why they do it , & she said they do it at all there locations !! sobi really think that its not a good business practice to do that. cause tomorrow im gonna contact the ags office here in phoenix to see. if legal or not if itis if & when i do shop there. NO tip for the bud tender!! i will tell take it out of the change you just stole frome from or rounded up. & have a nice day. btw my second time o this location.

well first of how can a cannabis company get away with selling products that are nine months old! because i bought two items a unknown pre roll amnesia haze the date on it was 06/23. which is way to old! and i also purchased a diablo cannagar. the date on that was 10/23 . not as bad but it should still be sold or removed from the sales floor . especially when it cost is much as if does. it should be way fresher. even if the shelf life is 12 months! also i placed a pick up order / express order . and in know way was it express ! it took way longer then it should have . cause when i go to other dispensaries express means just that . in and out in less then 10 min. which is what i expect to waitand be helped not 20 to 30 minutes.
