When I first found Durban Poison, my life changed for the better! I make my own medicine, oils and tinctures. The best form for me to consume for complex-PTSD symptoms, including depression has been an alcohol-based tincture of Durban Poison. AMAZING results. A little goes a long way for me, almost a micro-dose in the morning before breakfast and I am not "high", just focused, energized and ready to get tasks done. I went from barely able to get out of PJ's and shower on the weekends to building a 30x15 patio by hand, solo. When the dispensary ran out, and then the tincture I made ran out ~ it was rough. I limp along with other strains (Franks' gift CBD as a tincture keeps the most crushing depression symptoms at bay) but am anxiously awaiting my next batch of DP tincture to be ready! This is the most affordable, effective medicine I have EVER found for my issues.

I sought this out for sleep and pain. I don’t smoke, but make my own oils and alcohol based tinctures. With the MK Ultra, i made an oil i take internally. It was a fail for me, must be too much sativa in the genes because it activates my brain, which is what i am trying to quiet down to sleep well. Pain relief was average. I’ll make the oil into a topical salve, this strain isn’t for me.
