I have never have as much problems at other dispensary like I do with lume. Went there today to pick up my order and received a text stating curbside closed due to weather. I’m sorry it wasn’t even raining I asked if my husband can come in cause I am unable to walk just came back from seeing orthopedic and they said yes but when he came in they told him I need to come in. First the online apts don’t work for medical I had stated that before and was told by employee that a lot of people complain about it but according to the employee the company doesn’t care that’s not there first priority but yet they give me a hard time when I order from recreational and they have to do the discount so I get an attitude every time. The products r good but all the problems it’s like going thru hoops they need to stop hiring young kids.
