Preordered for pickup. Was told when to come. So why am I still in front, around the building behind the 5 vehicles I can still see after 30+ minutes? Supposedly we all had to call first and got confirmation on a cash transaction....and no new sales were supposed to be taken and yet the stand still is ridiculous. I haven’t even made it around your building. I do not understand. Pre ordered, confirmed, told to come, hand you cash. I cannot understand unless you ARE taking new sales and making pre orders wait why you are making your clients that followed the rules and prepared and waited in line wait in a line that goes out of your parking lot and I arrived at 6:30 and 2cars have gone through the drive through and it’s 6:51 now. I called the Corp line, the man who answered that they were definitely not taking orders but couldn’t say how they knew or explain the wait; people are knocking on the front door, pulling out of line behind me and speeding off. I know this is a high performing store. It’s the location but to take that for granted and treat us like this is wrong but it is now 6:58pm and I just hit the front side of the building. Guess I have another half an hour for the next side I have to clear and then one portion of a side. Approximately an hour minimum with approximately 10 cars in front of me who according to your corporate office had to be all pre orders, notified by you they were done or you should have turned them away for those of us who followed the rules. So a cash transaction, prepackaged is taking the Brandon location about 15 minutes per car to hand through the window and count the money??
