I’m pretty disappointed in the service my caregiver/ finance received yesterday. I sent him in to place an order for me but he wasn’t able to get in after giving him a hassle about his ID. He gave them both MD IDs for MMCC & showed them his state ID. They requested to hold all 3 but since he works government jobs his ID is too valuable to allow anyone to physically hold it. He told them they could hold both MMCC cards & he would show them his state ID again in the back once his turn was up. They wouldn’t allow that so he ended up leaving. I have him frequent this dispensary often and this was the first time he’s EVER had this problem. I’d expect he would receive the same quality service as any patient. Pretty disappointed.

So my boyfriend who’s my caregiver was there today 2/14/2022 to get my medical. First time ever shopping there as the place used to be CCM. While he was there he was questioned why couldn’t I make it in but in a very rude manner. We’ll obviously if he’s my caregiver there’s a reason I can’t make it in. I’m blind, don’t drive & he works long hard days so if it’s easier for him to pick it up on his way home rather than come pick me up and take me! It’s definitely a turn off about the service there.
