When people say this one comes with paranoia, they are NOT kidding! That said, the stimulant effect is immense. A powerful sativa high well suited to getting up ant doing chores you've been avoiding because of pain or executive dysfunction. Maybe try it with a sober fried the first time, just in case you get one of those panic attackes, though.
