Well I usually love coming here, but my last trip I made two orders one for garlic butter and one for insane pound cake. I got emails saying both were ready to be picked up and I got there maybe an hour after that notification. The gal that was working said she was the only one and wouldn’t be able to let me see what I’m buying before I buy it because there was one person behind me in line. The insane pound cake was the only budget ounce ready and she told me I would like this one more and she didn’t have time to get the other one. I’m sorry, but isn’t your only job to sell cannabis? So I’m just supposed to trust your word somebody I don’t know that I’m gonna like this strain better than the other strain. How does she even know what my personal preferences are? You know I get being stressed out that you’re working by yourself but if you can’t handle situations like that, you shouldn’t be working there. If I were to go back, and I walk in and she’s working, I would turn around and walk back out. I’m not saying the budget ounce she said was better than the other one wasn’t and I’m not saying it wasn’t good cause I ended up buying me insane pound cake, but you’re a dispensary you really can’t take two minutes if it even takes that to show me what I’m buying. I don’t need to inspect every single NUG. I just wanna look at the top and sniff that’s it. I can usually talk quite a bit from just that and whether or not it’s gonna press well on my rosin press or not. It was just really disappointing because I love this place. I love the building, usually love the bud tenders and I hate to let one experience ruin it, but as a medical card holder and someone who doesn’t have a whole lot of money to just spend on whatever someone else recommends because they’re too lazy to go get my order that was supposedly already ready, I don’t know if I wanna put myself through that again. I got enough problems right now and I have to deal with someone’s attitude like that when I could just go right down the street and pay a couple dollars more and have everybody be super friendly and super welcoming and wanna show me everything.

First time in and picked up a half oz of some muffin berries “budlets” and was very impressed with not only the flower and prices but also the fantastic staff attitude even with a line out the door! Good buds and good vibes!

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Steered me away from one product that I had ordered online because it had been pulled from the shelves today for quality purposes and I really appreciate!
