todays visit I was very unhappy with. i felt as if the express bud tender at the front desk was not that fair, I requested to see a different bag and she told me she could not leave her post to show me a different bag, but the Express order right after me asked for the same option and she called someone from the back to come assist. she could have very well done the same for me. 1st bad experience hopefully this is a 1 time thing. we will see or next time I'll ask for a manager but that defeats the purpose of an express order.
