The productivity of the staff has dropped drastically. The flower grade is down and the shelves are looking empty. I came here because it was the place to be but over the past couple months its just lost its spark. I'll definitely be back to see if any progress has been made but even the staff have told me about what goes on in Straiin and its not a place I really want to be affiliated with, and you don't either.

The staff really need to be trained better. The store was in disarray and staff didn't know where products were. The flower is alright, I had a few really good strains, but I just feel like I'm intruding on the staff and their conversations they have amongst themselves. Service is honestly everything to me and thats not here.
