Good service and atmosphere, but just bought Ace Weidmann's preroll and can't open up child-proof packaging. Maybe it should be relabeled as adult-proof. It looks like I will have to get out the chain saw.

Good stuff and friendly service but wicked pricey. $17 pre-rolls and $60 eighths! And that's before the tax. I know they're the only adult-use game in town but ridiculously high prices. Not any better than the other dispensaries in the area to justify the additional cost, imo. Hopefully competition will one day result in affordable prices, but for now I will keep my medical card, shop in Cambridge, and avoid the overhead and tax.

I reserved some flower for their 420 special at 40% off. When I got the email saying it was ready to be picked up, I was under the assumption that I would get what I ordered, as it works at the other dispensaries. Wrong. When I got there, the lines were through the parking lot, and at no time was any staff outside as you would see at other dispensaries. After waiting an hour in the cold, with the line barely moving, and leaving customers urging people to go home since there was barely any product, I went home. Talking about bait and switch. I've been a patient for 5 years and this is by far the worst the experience I've ever had. No one has answered any of the telephone messages, nor replied to any emails. Furthermore, since there was no one on the staff looking after the parking lot lines, some of the patients were not practicing social distancing and were creating a major risk of catching Covid. I will never go back to Garden Remedies again.

The Sativas here are generally mediocre. Anything that is decent quality generally goes very quickly. Slow service and long wait. It could be a lot faster if the product were prepackaged. Personally, I don't need to smell it beforehand. The tiny parking lot gets filled up and makes it very inaccessible for the patients with disabilities. Sometimes you have to park on Washington St., which can be very dangerous because of the narrow space and all the traffic. On the plus side, very friendly staff. Perhaps some of the accessibility issues could be alleviated. Also, it's a shame that Brookline requires that they have a fulltime policeman whose job is to basically tell patients that there is no room in the parking lot. Hopefully they can change the regulations to not require an officer, and pass the saving to the patients, who are already paying too much.

First time using the Flight Crew. Efficient registration, and fast and friendly delivery. Oh--and BTW, the product was Fire!

Made a few phone calls and emails, absolutely no response. Avoid. Plenty of great caregivers out there but this is not one of them.
