I usually don’t go into local dispensaries. As one of the primary uses of my MMCC is to help manage through anxiety. I will say the first most positive thing I experienced is that the door isn’t locked when you enter the main part of the building. At other dispensaries there is often times a call button or a locked door with limited signage that would dismay me even attempting to go in. When I came up to the door. I could easily come in and was greeted at the front counter by the sweetest lady ever. I don’t know if she sensed that I was anxious but she was a doll. She answered all my questions and got me registered. She was detailed and informative. I didn’t feel patronized or belittled for asking any of my questions. Once I was registered. She “buzzed” be through to the waiting room. Now I say buzzed. But it wasn’t a buzz. It was so quiet. That had been another deterrent at previous dispensaries. The buzzer would buzz and either the door wouldn’t open or I’d pull at the wrong time. Someone would get frustrated and it made me feel even more anxious. She just said to wait a second. I heard a little click and saw a green light and was good to go. The waiting area is so spacious. The signage for their weekly deals is great! It’s so quiet! I had ordered online because I usually do curbside. So my order was ready. I was called back and asked if it was my first time there. I got asked if I wanted a tour which I turned down as I was getting a bit anxious. No ones fault. I was given a quick run down of the point system and had all my questions answered timely, politely and respectfully. I had some questions about a banger that I had gotten and they directed me to the shop lol right outside next to them in a little space that is absolutely amazing. I was able to get two new bangers and have a very quiet informative conversation with the young man working in there. I was told that if there were any problems with the bangers that I could bring them back. I had also received a ton of freebies for being new. The tray is amazing. I never knew I needed one until I got it lol. All in all a fantastic experience. When I am on this side of town, I will definitely stop by to grab anything I might need! And, I will most likely go inside.
