Bought a new pod for my pax here and it did not work so I came back in to see if they could help me figure out what was wrong and they won’t even help me since I don’t have my receipt pretty messed up won’t even talk to me without a receipt

Lexi has the best customer service she helps me every time I come it. She makes it comfortable to make the best choice for you and she has lots of patients. Otherwise this location is amazing and I've never had a bad experience with these people
