The best in town. BY FAR. I'm not wealthy by any means. And I will spend more money for the same product. And its all because of there customer service. Cody or Kody is amazing and if I knew the other 2 or 3 I always see in the drive thru. I'd sure shout them out as well. These guys are always in a good mood. Always respectful, polite, and helpful. I've been upset because I'm impatient. And no matter how I act. They treat me with the some respect and kindness. I wish I could afford to tip these guys like I want too. I hope this helps that crew get a raise. Because they deserve it! Greg A.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received at your drive thru location on Sunday, August 31st, 2025, at approximately 6:15 PM. The young man who “helped” me was rude, difficult, and even went so far as to laugh sarcastically as I drove away. This is completely unacceptable behavior from an employee representing your business. I want to emphasize that I am a regular customer and frequent here, the drive thru specifically. Last year I spent approximately $5,000 with Greenlight, and this year I expect to spend close to \$3,000. Interactions like the one I experienced tonight are exactly what make me choose to take my business elsewhere. For comparison, when I visit your competitor CODES, I am always treated with respect and kindness—regardless of my mood or the circumstances. That level of professionalism is why I am increasingly inclined to go out of my way to shop there instead. I hope this issue is addressed seriously. No loyal customer should be treated with such disrespect.
