MY EXPERIENCE They lie to you about their return policies. I was new in town and trusted Apex to be reputable. the woman who sold me a cartridge was friendly enough and explained for whatever reason if I was unsatisfied to bring it back for a refund. well two days later I come back as it is not working with my battery and the extremely rude and unprofessional man who helped us told us he could not return it. we told him we were never told there were stipulations and he stubbornly stood his ground, and further added insult to injury by making us feel like we were lying to him by testing the cart outside the front door with their own battery (one, of course it'll work with your battery, and two, illegal much? subjecting your customers to this activity should be punishable by fine). after even barely getting anything out of the cart they wouldn't take it back, even after I offered to use my own battery to test it out. one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. you all are liars and cheats. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ALSO DELETE YOUR REVIEWS I HAD TO REWRITE THIS ONE BC MY OTHER ONE WAS REMOVED.

They delete any negative reviews that come up, a LOT of negative reviews have been deleted. My own review that I posted a few weeks ago is gone, and ones I clearly remember seeing are nowhere to be seen. they most likely entice their own employees to post glowing reviews. please report these people. WARNING - DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Called to place an order as last time we placed an online order, they were out of something, and called us when usually they send a text, so we missed the phone call from an unrecognized number. the girl who answered today was pretty snotty about the whole thing, like we inconvenienced her precious time by calling instead of online ordering. Her tone was cold and regardless of her "sweet words" disguised by her tone, it was just a bitchy interaction all around. next time use some kindness instead of chastising someone over the phone because YOU changed the rules about calling your guests instead of the usual text. people are in quarantine and it is discouraging that the first few people we have a chance to have a conversation with are just downright rude.
