The location and atmosphere are great. Never crowded because it's by-appointment only. The employees are very nice, but less knowledgable than those at other dispensaries I go to. The product line isn't that large.. maybe 5-6 flowers to choose from (mostly indica), some low-dose edibles, vape pens, and (as of late) taffy concentrate. I'm glad they added at least one concentrate to the menu, but I still think they need some wax/shatter. They also need more sativa-dominant strains. I've only bought flower from them, and it's been quite potent but generally dry. I also found about a dozen seeds in one of my recent containers (I think Rugburn OG).

This is clearly the best dispensary I've been to in MA. I've gone there about 5 times at this point, and the selection is almost always great. The last time I went, they must have had 10 different shatter/wax options and at least 8 flower options.. good mix of sativa/indica/hybrids. The employees I've talked to are all knowledgable.. seems like a no-nonsense kind of place. The only real downside is that it's generally crowded, so you might spend an hour there sometimes. I seem to have the best luck going around 1pm. But since you have to spend lots of time there at least sometimes, the atmosphere could be improved. It's a cool old building, but it feels like going the DMV in a way.. maybe if they played some music, it would help. But otherwise, it's pretty much perfect.
