Love the shop and the associates there. HAAAATTTEE THE PRICES! It’s so overpriced and that makes it to where I only come by once in a while. It’s time to come down on those prices now!

You guys need to get it together with the points system. I have been told my points balance, every time I go in and for some magical reason, my balance changes every single time, except instead of going up, it will go down, even though i don't use them, then the next time it will go up, then back down, making it to where I have never been able to use my $25 off. I get told every time Im one more order away from receiving my 500 points, please understand I have been told this with every order for the last 6 months! Get it together!
