I really enjoy shopping here. The staff is not exclusively young people. There are people closer to my age and very open to questions. Knowledgeable staff for sure. Their product is very good. I have never been disappointed with a purchase. Thanks Paul’s.

I love the selection, although high mark-up. What I do not enjoy about this store is as an older user it is not a great experience trying to learn about product from an early 21+ employees who has very limited knowledge of the product. I asked a range of questions which were not answered and each time I pulled one of the 4 young girls for assistance it was if I was interrupting their social time.

I enjoy this shop. When I went they had a great selection and informed staff. Again, pretty young staff but very competent. I did find the buds a bit dry. Great prices
