I put in an order via leafly. This morning my order was accepted, I got the notification that it was processing, and then I got the "rate your visit" notification that comes after you pick up your order. Turns out leafly was wrong about their stock. It happens. Regularly, actually. We have to count on the dispensaries to let us know. Unfortunately, Salem Organics did not do that. I got no email, or any type of notification that my order was not in stock and therefore cancelled. They just put it through as if I had already picked it up, leaving me to try to figure out what was going on. I guess that's better than the places that send out the notification to pick up the order, and let me drive 25min only to tell me that they don't have it once I get there... but not by much.

Placed an order for pickup. It was ready when I got there. Super nice guy at the counter. Quick and efficient service. Overall, it was a good experience, I'm sure I'll be back.

I put in an order online to pick up on my way home tonight. It was ready to go when I got there, so that was nice. Unfortunately half my order was missing, and I had no clue until I got home. I have no idea why I didn't get my full order, because they didn't give me a heads up in any way. No email, no text, no letting me know when I picked it up; nothing. Now I'm at home for the night, finally free to relax, and I don't have everything I need. If they had said something about it, I would've had the opportunity to get something else or go somewhere else. Now I'm stuck, and I don't appreciate it. My advice to customers: if you're going to buy from here, thoroughly check your order at the register. My advice to the manager: make decent customer service a higher priority

This place never disappoints. Super helpful that I can put in an order online to pick up at my convenience, and have it ready and waiting for me when I'm short on time. And I LOVE the fact that they have daily deals, which they often apply automatically, whether I remember to ask for the discount or not.

Placed an online order via Leafly, which was together and ready for pickup within a relatively short amount of time. The budtenders- Megan and Lani- were super friendly and helpful. I asked for some recommendations, and instead of doing that thing that a lot of budtenders do- where they don't really listen and just steer you toward whatever is popular at the time- they asked questions and made some suggestions which turned out to be perfect for me! I really appreciated that, plus the fact that they automatically used all of the available discounts, instead of waiting for me to ask about them. I will definitely be back.
