Salem Organics

I put in an order via leafly. This morning my order was accepted, I got the notification that it was processing, and then I got the "rate your visit" notification that comes after you pick up your order. Turns out leafly was wrong about their stock. It happens. Regularly, actually. We have to count on the dispensaries to let us know. Unfortunately, Salem Organics did not do that. I got no email, or any type of notification that my order was not in stock and therefore cancelled. They just put it through as if I had already picked it up, leaving me to try to figure out what was going on. I guess that's better than the places that send out the notification to pick up the order, and let me drive 25min only to tell me that they don't have it once I get there... but not by much.

Today was my 2nd visit to Salem Organics. The room was open and welcoming from the staff. I was approached by a friendly Budtender. He responded immediately to my inquiry into some "Grapefruit Durbin" by grabbing the jar from the middle shelf (?), and a jar of some, great for sure, Dirty Durbin from the top shelf. I viewed them simultaneously, and said I'll take the Grapefruit Durbin. What a deal, steal. At the cash register, he said he could see that I had recently visited the Shop and bought some Grapefruit Durbin. He wondered why I ordered the Grapefruit Durbin. I told him that it was because of the "Grapefruit," not the Durbin, but that they are a perfect marriage. The Grapefruit trichomes are definitely in command of the Durbin's; however, the power of the Durbin's sativa trichomes are at their best. The buds are near dry, but not. The flower crumbles easily with your fingers, and wads well in a chillum. The high is very energizing and focusing is great; this is why I came back. Thanks Salem Organics.

First time trying this dispensary. I have my favorites near me but decided to try something new. I called ahead to find out how long it takes for an order to be ready. The employee I spoke with was very friendly and told me that they prepare it as soon as they get the order since I called to let them know they would get right on it. I don't drive so I opted to add a stop to my Lyft ride on my way to work and I was informed that I could just call them when I got there and someone would even bring it out to the car! When I arrived and called an employee came out and took my id and payment and brought me my change and my medicine. Excellent service! I love the car side option. The ounce of Mangolicious was green and not dry at all, squishy still pop corn buds that are dense nugs... for as light as they are. I realize that is a contradiction but it is the best way to describe it. What a deal for $5 a gram/ $75 an oz! I got an extra 10% off for the Thursday deal 10% off entire store. Stoney heady indica, warm fuzzy high. Tasted great and at 23.6% it definitely got the job done! Thank you, I will be back! The only tiny thing I would recommend to the staff, and an old server trick, is that when someone gives you $90 for a $67.50 oz that you break down the $20 and not give the $20 back so I can tip you more than $2 bucks. I will tip more next time to make up for it but I had to get to work. :) I did not get to see inside but didn't want to rate low because of that. 5 star service. Have a great day and stay safe. 😍🔥🤑😎
