On December 27th I ordered an 8th of prepackaged gelato from Purple Med dispensary. I got home and opened up the package, the cannabis reeked of fresh grass not of cannabis. I went ahead and tried it anyway, thinking I could trust this dispensary because the cannabis is being regulated right? wrong! I practically coughed up a lung once I got around to smoking the flower. That left me with pain in my lungs, so I called purple med and was told that the manager would call me back to resolve the issue. I called several times as they never got back to me and each time I called they told me the same thing. Today January 18th, was my last attempt at contacting them and I've been told they have no way of regulating what they buy, it's my fault for buying it, and they won't refund my money. Purple med is like all the bad dispensaries you hear about when legalization started. If you're trying to get cheap, good quality cannabis in Tucson I recommend Green halo or Hana med, I've never had a bad experience with these dispensaries. I'd give zero stars if I could. Purple med seems to care more about money than the health of their customers.
