I’ve been going to Vibe since the company has started and always like to spend my money here because I know the owners from Holistic. One of my sauce carts that I bought a week ago leaked in my pants and ruined my pants(plus bring out a cart) I brought it up to Vibe today because I talked to the receptionist and she said to bring it back up with the original packaging and that I can get a refund. When I got there the manager on staff(I believe his name is Colton) said that he cannot offer me a refund because it’s against their policy and there is no way to tell that it leaked. Bad business on their part. I’ve spent a lot of money at this place and to have them think I’m lying is very disrespectful and rude. I’ve never had any issues when Jay is on staff.
