Placed an order at 11:00 AM. Called at 5:00 PM, was told they would be leaving within an hour. After that hour, was told they would be at my place in 2 hours (9:30 PM). When they got to my place, the card reader didn’t work for 2 cards. I was told that I will be delivered first thing in the morning, like I haven’t spent all day waiting and tomorrow isn’t a Monday. We will see what happens, pretty aggravating and a waste of my time just to have the card reader not work, which was probably known. Not at all happy, and frustrated that I stayed up for this. I called to get an estimate for what time we could expect the delivery tomorrow, and Steve was not able to give a time; I was told however, that I would be the third or fourth delivery. I do not recommend using the delivery service, they do not call like they say they will and they do not care if they keep you waiting all day / up late. It seems like this is an issue, look at all the one star ratings on google. I don’t feel like the people who work at this dispensary care if there is a problem.

I had a really good experience picking up my weed. Online ordering is super easy and it’s usually completed within 20 minutes. There’s yellow tape that you have to stand behind that ensures you maintain a 6 foot space between you and the Bud tender. Make sure you sign up for canpay and you’ll be able to pay with no contact. Obviously you have to touch the bag that they pack for you but they are constantly using Clorox wipes, standing away from patients and wearing gloves. All the employees were fully attentive and off their phones as well. Super organized, profession, and health care centered.
