Euphoria Wellness - Weed Dispensary

Placed an order at 11:00 AM. Called at 5:00 PM, was told they would be leaving within an hour. After that hour, was told they would be at my place in 2 hours (9:30 PM). When they got to my place, the card reader didn’t work for 2 cards. I was told that I will be delivered first thing in the morning, like I haven’t spent all day waiting and tomorrow isn’t a Monday. We will see what happens, pretty aggravating and a waste of my time just to have the card reader not work, which was probably known. Not at all happy, and frustrated that I stayed up for this. I called to get an estimate for what time we could expect the delivery tomorrow, and Steve was not able to give a time; I was told however, that I would be the third or fourth delivery. I do not recommend using the delivery service, they do not call like they say they will and they do not care if they keep you waiting all day / up late. It seems like this is an issue, look at all the one star ratings on google. I don’t feel like the people who work at this dispensary care if there is a problem.

I am a blue disabled vet with a medical card. until recently I was given a 30% on EVERYTHING inhouse. Then the discount on concentrates was gone for Veterans. Now I see NO discount on prerolls!! euphoria has great product and service but to continue to erode my duly deserved discount, it saddens me. I spend a good deal every month. that 30% disc kept me coming back. I feel like they are catering to the economy crowd instead of medical. Mgmt feel free to contact me.
