Great people and great atmosphere but nothing to write home about herb-wize...what was supposed to be the infamous Sour Diesel was neither sour nor diesel, just regular boof... oh well. live and learn.

My wife and I were in the area and decided to stop by and I'm so glad that we did.. We were immediately greeted and welcomed warmly by the beautiful and friendly Mo... She was so helpful and knowledgeable in helping us with our purchase and made everything so easy.. Berkshire Roots is hands down the best dispensary in town. Thank you all for the wonderful experience.!

this strain is incredible. had it about 2 years ago when insa opened up and now even with this app it tells me it is "available nearby"... and I click on the link suggestions and it is NEVER available at any of the dispensaries suggested... So what is the point?!! ... dying to find this strain again... please Leafly.

Please for the love of God stop calling your UKU CO2 "pure wax" a wax!... This product is the farthest thing from wax that you can find. Please step up and do the right thing and relabel. This product is a honey oil.!! My budtender just slipped it in the bag and when I got home I found a MESS stuck to the lid of the jar.. WTF!!.. IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR WAX THIS ISN'T IT... It has the consistency of honey... I honestly have no idea how anybody in their right mind could call this product "wax".. it IS NOT a wax!! Beware!

if you take a close look at their menu all their products are from other dispensaries... with a mark up $.. do they have no products of their own?

So recreational customers have to wait curbside... While medical customers can still walk into the store front🤔🙄... yeah that makes good sense. 🙄 COVID-19 is pretty smart huh.. to be able to distinguish between medical and recreational customers to infect.
