To start with, the prices are exceptionally great compared to other places. The attitude of the staff is always upbeat and friendly. I trust the budtenders because they never push the expensive stiff on me, they literally cater to my specifics and are NOT afraid to say the cheaper stuff is better and I highly respect that.
You would never know if any of the staff is having a bad day and that's hard to find these days, so clearly the company must treat the staff with respect and that's very important.
