What a positive experience! A great selection (for my needs anyway, not the type of person who has to go to the biggest, most varied stocked-up store in town) I’m more about the service then the prices, selection, or atmosphere. It doesn’t need to look like an Apple store. I happened to show up as there was one open tender, so the wait was nil. I was greeted cheerily and with a smile by a tender named Shawn. He had an apparent will to help, and take the time to explain the menu and it’s format, the current specials, and any other questions I had about batteries etc. very helpful and will probably only deal with this gentleman going forth if possible. Service was top notch. And again, that is why my rating is so high. Everyone I have talked to about this location pre and post my visit have said it sucked and told me how terrible it was. I tend to disagree! But just my opinion. One thing that was a bit of a negative is that is was very busy so in turn it was very loud, as it is not a very big area. I didn’t have a problem, but I feel the older generation might have a problem communicating because everyone was on the verge of shouting. It was kinda nuts when I think about it. That stuff just doesn’t really bother me. The other negative kind of goes hand in hand with the first one, in that it was very busy and crowded, and the tenders’ cash registers are spaced very closely together. So you are standing almost shoulder to shoulder with whoever is ordering to your left and right. So privacy is kind of an issue if you like it a bit more discreet, or even just a bit more personal space. Again, didn’t bother me, just something I noticed. So, if you like good service, a decent selection, and more than fair prices head on over to Reef in Sun Valley. If you like bigger, spacier, more modern looking stores with huuuge selections, or are a person who likes to speak not shout to the person helping them, and enjoys their space and privacy at the same time, I would still stop in, just be wary is all! I will be back, that is for sure! All in all it felt like less of a medical facility and more of just a chill convenient place to drop in. Heck, I mean even the bags are friggin sweet! Cooler than anywhere else I’ve been. And they give you free stuff for writing reviews, I mean c’mon!
