First, Trulieve's products and both, their local and long-distance support employees are awesome. Second, their products are constantly out of stock, and the local and long-distance employees are not working well together, resulting in confusion and messed up orders. Last, when they do screw up your order, take care of the issue immediately. The lady manager in Pensacola flat out blew me off after half of my order was mistakenly canceled; by her. If not for the other manager, a knowledgeable, caring guy, I would not return.
