So I went today and a girl with red hair was helping me super nice and helpful. I get home open my bag and I had the wrong wax.no big deal. I call up there a guy answers the phone, I tell him the situation. He’s super cool about it just tells me to come up there and he will exchange em.i get there this girl with dark hair and teal gauges comes out already being aggressive. I’m like I’m here to exchange and I give her the wax she takes em. Before I could say what I wanted she walked away comes back with not what I want because she didn’t ask. I tell her this isn’t what I wanted and she got super snappy saying ppl typically let us pick them out. Like yelling walking away from my car, I’m like alright she’s being really unnecessary but whatever. So she brings back my stuff and I’m like I didn’t mean to upset you because she got super pissed and she starts going off like I mean screaming from the sidewalk. I had to roll up my window she was going off like that. She had a bad day I guess. I spend a lot of money with you guys in the past and have never had a bad experience until today. She was literally a bad representation of your company. You guys are always great but I don’t know if she assumed I was mad because of the exchange but she supper aggressive. I hope I never get served by her if I she comes out to my car I will be sure to leave. She was a very angry person I honestly wondered what happened to her for her to be that way for no reason. Sad.
