I have been using SKMS going on my 3rd year. Lots of problems I had have diminished and faithfully take a .2ml rso gel cap every night as a maintenance dose. I truly believe it has helped me with sleep quality, health, blood sugar and blood pressure. I have made small patches of skin cancer disappear from just 2 weeks of a dab of RSO on them at night.
