I come to this dispensary quite often and spend TONS of money here sadly , the staff is never consistent with how they handle their patients , sometimes you can change or add to online orders in store and then other times you get a super rude person who isn’t willing to help at all . One of the employees actually pointed at his watch while I was checking out, terrible customer service !! People are super fake as well 👎🏼 For being a corporation like this it’s sad that a bunch of 19 year olds are running the place

Literally every bud tender in here is high out of their minds , never has the correct info , gets annoyed when you ask questions and have severe attitude problems . I will not be returning to this location that’s forsure ! Tempe mint has it way more put together Mesa sucks and they are all rude and need to take a course in customer service Ewww

They are always super professional and on time ! And flower is amazing
