The bad mouthing of another company in the same town. Found the flagrant bad mouthing of another business to be in bad taste. I explained i usually go to another shop and they said they got shut down when i know them to be still open. I won't be returning here since the blatant lies to get business and over all lack of knowledge about the product or the business. Maybe they should try the product before trying to act knowledgeable.
