The location and storefront layout are a welcome upgrade from the North Fort Myers location. When I come in it usually isn't remotely busy. The reception team are insightful and polite. I haven't had to wait longer than twenty minutes during my several visits. My last patient consultants, Shelby and Nikai, were very helpful with my slightly complex online order. They were knowledgeable and made the transaction process quick and painless. :) This location is also well stocked. With deliveries on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, it's reassuring that you can be a "walk-in" most of the time on most days and still be able to get loose flower. Trulieve's products are only getting better as well. Whether it be concentrate or loose flower, you're getting a quality product the consultants themselves believe in and stand behind. Trulieve also has amazing patient/customer service. Everyone is there to help you in any way they can if you have a genuine issue with your medicine or devices they sell. Trulieve is setting the example for effective Florida dispensaries and their new Bonita Springs location makes accessing their medicine so much easier than before for people living in the South West Florida area.

Terrible service. They don’t know what they have in their inventory or what to do with it. Their prices are astronomical compared to recreational prices across the country...they will not hold your orders so you will drive out to North Fort Myers for nothing most times. They only want to make money off of deliveries and priority orders. They are currently trying to sell an herb vaporizer that’s worth $150 for $750..Somebody please get us a real dispensary...

This was the most convenient dispensary upon arriving to Colorado and Denver for the first time. For my first visit to a dispensary it was a very pleasant experience. My bud tender was relatable, friendly, and excellent at selecting the flowers I could benefit from most with my anxiety and lack of a colon. I was treated very generously by my bud tender. I am a large fan of their strains, especially having now tried a few other dispensaries like Euplora and their select strains. Jedi and Dawgz Waltz were perfect suggestions. My bud tender treated my time sensitive needs well and got me in and out with quality service.
