this facility lacks in service to their patients. their phone is never consistent. and amongst this crisis we are having today i stepped out to get my medicine and continued for over an hour to call, not feeling well i still drove 2 towns over to have them tell me at 4:45pm that the staff is ready to leave. NO ATTEMPT was made to inquire about my needs as a patient or neither were they considerate that I was leavig home without my medicine with time on the clock. i really hope the owners read this because I will be reporting this, patients should always be served especially when they arrive with time!! incredible and horrible customer service!!
