The nugs I tried were a "grower not a shower" that is to say dense, and after grinding, it blew up like a cattail. I will say theres nothing incredibly special about this strain, IMO. Its smell and taste are pretty mainstream. Its a like harsh compared to other strains I really like (sour elektra for example) Its still nice of course. Cannabis in most of its parts is just great (though I don't take kindly to high thc) This strain makes me feel just focused. but not much else. Helpful for my anxiety anyways.

I should start out saying that the strain I have is technically *sour* elektra, which seems to be similar, but instead of ACDC with early resin berry, its ACDC with gorilla glue. So if my review is off, I am sorry, but I like to share my experiences with strains. I very much like this strain. Super focusing, I just spent way too long trying to figure out the lineage differences between the strains and yet I am also really really tired. I don't know if my eyes feel heavy, or dry. In any case, I am totally chill. In any case, yup, its pretty fantastic.

bought an OZ from a reputable distributor on a super sale. I take for anxiety, see it as a microdose of THC with the help of CBD. This has been super helpful as high THC strains (even "low" thc strains technically classified) can push me towards anxiety. Thats why I love that leafly is including us super low/industrial hemp people into the fold. But back to Special Sauce more specifically: tastes great, I actually love my "pre bed" dose the most as when I lay down I feel.. idk, like everything is softer? More cozy? Its great for my anxiety to begin with, but yeah, just an interesting note. Speaking of my anxiety, I chill out so long as I keep to my dosage schedule (4 doses a day necessary, more if I just feel like it, cuz, why not right? lol) The only negatives I can really think of is that I do get a little sleepy. Which really isn't necessarily a negative in the first place if your looking for that kind of thing, but even for me its not really bad as its not like super sleepy or anything, its more "sleep if you want to" kind of sleep. More allows you to sleep than forces you (which is usually kinda scary to me anyways) to sleep. Absolute banger of a strain.

I really like this strain. I smoke only CBD flower strains as thc messes with my bipolar. This calms my mania AND lifts my depression. It's pretty awesome. Keeps me centered like most CBD strains do. But this one's just a bit better at it.
